avoid constipation. avoid straining on stool.. use fiber diet. take pilex one tab 3 times daily for one month. use anovate cream on anus. consult surgeon for clinical check up.

It depends upon the degree of piles. For example for Grade 1 only medications are enough. But for grade 4 surgery is recommended. Till you visit a surgical clinic, he may try HOT SITZ BATH and application of OINT SUCRAL ANO.
