You must be active physically, do exercise yoga and walk, take light and fresh food, avoid constipation.

Maintain active life style
Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods
Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation
Drink lot of water

Homoeopathic medicines and yoga - both together will give you relief in your problem if followed religiously.
Take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months.
If it’s better, then continue or else will have to go for other options such as rubber band ligation, surgery, cauterization, etc.
