You must be active physically, do exercise yoga and walk, take light and fresh food, avoid constipation.
Do not sit continue more than 2 hrs walk between minimum 10 mnt so you can overcome this problem. You must apply hadensa or castor oil in affected area. For more medicine consult to nearest ayurvedacharya.

If your piles are upto grade 2 ,then only you can try with medicine. Basti treatment with Ayurvedic medicine is the best option.(you will become relax with this problem). But if its in progressive grade then go for operate. So first get checked with some doctor (Piles expert) and then decide.

Try to keep your stool soft with plenty of water intake, Vegies and laxatives. Take Hot sitz bath with Betadine. Apply any anal ointment digitally before going for stool. It will help.

Homoeopathic medicines and yoga - both together will give you relief in your problem if followed religiously.
Take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months.
