My advice is to go for check up by a surgeon first to confirm your diagnosis. There are many different reasons for bleeding.
First of all, control your constipation
Consume lot of water and fibre rich diet.

It could be due to piles. Main reason for piles at your age is constipation. So as long as you pass normal motion pain will not be there. So to avoid constipation, you should take plenty of water atleast 2.5 to 3 litres in a day. Take plenty of fibre containing food like salads with cucumber, carrot etc. And in cooking also try to include fibre containing food like beans, cauliflower, cabbage etc. Do not stop when you get the urge to pass your motion so visit wash room immediately.
