If ultrasound shows more than 10 ml volume and has more than 20 follicles in each ovary; if m.c. Irregular; if male hormone excess signs are there, it could lead to pcod (any two of the three signs). Pl get checked. Yes I say no treatment in modern drugs. However can be managed with decades long treatment.
