bathing is must during menses. warm water shower will make u feel clean .u smell good . warm water at the lower abdomen and back will relieve your pain. ultrasound lower abdomen to rule out any pathology. light exercise and yoga will help. avoid strenuous exercise. take food which is rich in calcium and vit D .avoid excessive salt. no soft drinks. drink plenty of water.
