You have not mentioned whether menstrual discharge is normal, scanty or excessive. To start with take phytolacca 30 --once daily in the morning for a week before the expected date of period and report response.

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you r suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid also.

That't not the case. During periods your metabolic rate will be rate which might may not make you realize the pain as if the body has good basal metabolic rate you will have good tolerance of pain that may not happen during your off period time. That time your bmr will be less you will definitely feel more heel pain. However for heel pan keep ice pack in the painful area and also you can dip your foot in the bowl of hot water (bearable heat) which will help you to come out of heel pain.

Hello lybrate-user-
Irregular bleeding pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use Dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses.
This single medicine will cure all of your menstrual problems(do not use the medicine more than ten days as the body will become habitual to it and will not respond quickly)

Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. If no then get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. For more details you can consult me.

If sexually active first step is doing pregnancy test.
It is easier to delay and practically impossible to get early now.
