Hi, diabetes is a disease to b managed rather, than to b cured, completely.
Go for a brisk walk in d morning.
Go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety & to nourish the whole body including your pancreas, too. Specially pawanmuk ashan.
Go for either of cycling, swimming, gardening, dancing, playing badminton.
Maintain 1200-1600 calories, through dietary regulation to avoid general weakness,
* tk, 4 marie, biscuits with a cup of tea, morning at 7.00 am.
