The bones, ligaments, and muscles of your neck support your head and allow for motion. Any abnormalities, inflammation, or injury can cause neck pain or stiffness. It will take a little time to clear the stiffness. don't worry. Practice yoga and physiotherapy. You will be alright in around a month.

For small pain, no need of using neck collar
1.Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily
2.Apply volini gel twice daily
3.Give warm compress locally
4. Take rest

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and do neck exercise regularly to loosen the muscles and if necessary get a xray cervical vertebrae done to rule out the cause
