1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement.
3) do regular stretching exercise
4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.
Life-style correction
1) correct your sitting posture.
2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily.

Since you are very young to have hypertension .Have you been fully investigated. Young hypertensives should check for 1.ECG Echocardiogram
2 renal artery Doppler
3.S creatinine Potassium
Lipid profile FBS
4 24 hr urinary VMA
If these are normal you need not worry about the above symptoms.

For small pain, no need of using neck collar
1.Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily
2.Apply volini gel twice daily
3.Give warm compress locally
4. Take rest
If you have recurrent attack of neck pain
a) Take X ray/MRI cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and do neck exercise regularly to loosen the muscles and if necessary get a xray cervical vertebrae done to rule out the cause
