It could be due to hyper acidity
1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc
2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside,

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

May be due to muscle spasm. You need to be on rest for couple of days, ice massage or hot packs will be helpful. Stop sitting or standing for long time. When you lie down on the bed keep changing your posture. If the pain still persists go and see a doctor or Physiotherapist. The information which you gave is not sufficient. You need to add your age, occupation, sex, duration of the pain, activities which increases and decreases the pain.
