Hello dear if you doing surya namaskar in yoga please stop it. Do hot fermentation at years hall back. If it is possible to hot shower over there it is much better. Do cat camel stretching exercise. Also consult with a physiotherapists to do correct your posture and make your rehabilitation programme. Gud luck.

we need to rule out the cause of pain. Is there any associated fever, burning in urine, is pain radiating to your back. Also need to know is there increase in pain when you press that area or lift your leg.

Sleep on hard bed ,sitting on chair properly correct it.
Take keva orthocare capsule 1 30 minuties before lunch end 1cspsule before dinner. Massaje Ķeva anti pain oil 0n painful area. Aerobic excersices yoga will help you (Tadasan will help learn from guru than doit. )

For that you need to understand what is wrong with the pain site is there a degenerative changes or a inflammatory response or something wrong with you yoga practice. So first stop you practice for 3 to 4 day and note the intensity of pain if its reduce significantly it might be because of some wrong yogasana your doing.
If not do x day or MRI and consult you physician. For now do back stretching, hot pack and rest.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain):

* First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support.
* Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise.

* Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and get an xray done for lumbosacral vertebrae and follow up with reports.
