Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?
Is there stiffness also? Any problem in urine?Are you bp or sugar patient?
I need details of the case.

- Along with medication for your problem follow some precautions:
- chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day
- have 7-8 glasses of water along with other fluids per day
- do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, also do yoga for proper ...more

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.

Drink 3-4 litres of water daily, it will help in long run. If required take tab meftal spas after eating something and 1 tab pan 40 empty stomach daily for 15 days. You are welocme for further queries. If needed get ultrasound of whole abdomen done and come back with report. Thank you
