I am 27 year old female. Lately i've been suffering from leg pain issues (almost a year now). This is a bit severe in my right leg when compared to left. There is some kind of sensation in my right leg when I touch somewhere around my pubic region. Am married and i've been noticing that my legs feel numb after sex. This leg pain gets severe (accompanied by hair fall) after doing physical activities like cycling, dance or even continuous walking and it stays for several days to months. Therefore I refrain myself from doing any kind of physical exercise other than yoga and suryanamaskar. I have pcos for the past 9 years. I've tried treatments for the same several times. But none of them worked out. So, as of now, doctors have advised me to stick to good diet and yoga. Currently I menstruate once in 4 months. I got my last period in the month of may. Could pcos be a reason for having this kind of leg pain? Could this be some kind of menstrual cramp due to some vitamin deficiency? If yes, why is this so severe that I find it difficult and get easily tired while doing physical activities? Few years back it wasn't the same. Everything was normal. So please let me know if ovarian cysts could be the reason or if there is anything else that is causing this and what treatment options do we have.
