hi lybrate user.... there is some ayurvedic medicines as well therapies for sciatica.....ome home remadies you can do....1)dont stand or sit for long duration 2)while you sleep put some pillows or cushion under your calf region 3)do yoga in general... more the blood flow will be better more your situation recover...
