Hello Smt.Annapurna...if stone is Big enough to obstruct passage of urine or if it is disturbing kidney function...it has to b removed by surgery... as u have not mentioned size of your pts stone...its difficult for opinion....few small stones can flow away with proper homeopathic or ayurvedic medicines
Till then give plenty of water and yoga is always helpful...keep it up

Its always better to get a checkup done so as to confirm what the exact diagnosis is. In majority of cases the waist pain may be due to lumbar disc problem or spondylosis.
