kidney transplant in general is better option than long term dialysis, however, it depends upon a lot of factors. Some patients are not good candidates for surgery and dialysis is a better option for them. You should share some more details about your uncle to give a better opinion

Squeeze one lemon and pour 1/2 teaspoon of honey in 1 glass of warm water and drink daily early morning empty stomach..In three weeks if the size of stone is below 4mm it will dissolve and pass through urine..Drink daily 3 to 4 litres of water..Limit in the intake of protein rich and oily foods..
