Its always better to get a checkup done so as to confirm what the exact diagnosis is. In majority of cases the waist pain may be due to lumbar disc problem or spondylosis. Other causes may be renal problems. A renal profile test along with urine routine test and USG abdomen may help detect the kidney problem if present.

Diabetics with high cholesterol is a deadly duo this can easily lead to a number of complications including kidney damage cholesterol deposition heart attacks with high blood pressure neuropathy vasculopathy and whatnot. Apple , paer, papaya in fruits and methi in vegetable are preferable in both heart and kidney disease. When only heart problem is there Dates, pomogranate, beet root are good to consume, and all leafy vegetables can be consumed in limited quantity. Yoga and some form of pranayam are good for Heart and kidney disease.Walking daily is beneficial in both the conditions. Hope above information helps you. take care!

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?

Correct your posture, sit straight,avoid bending forward and lifting of weights, check out your weight.
Do hot water fermentation twice a day for a week, if possible take Ultrasound therapy for 7 days, this will reduce your pain, you may be getting lower back pain and its in initial stage of starting.

You can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
