First of all wake up early in the morning,,go for walking,, jogging,,do some some yoga,,as u wake up early then u have sleep early,,think positively,,set up a goal and try to acheive it,,,,make urself bzy in ur work,,switch off ur smart phone before going to bed,,this way u can avoid watching porn movies
