Try to take rest for 1-2 hours in day. Distract yourself from mobile/ tv/ computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. For joint apply omni gel. Keep yourself stress free. Try to take adequate sleep. Take tablet paracetamol 500mg after taking food. Do tests cbc. Blood sugar.
