Hi lybrate-user
most of the time due to muscle exertion and low vitamin D, these kind of symptoms may arise. Try to do daily yoga exercise for back pain. Apply oil all over body with gentle massage and then do hot water bath.
Hope this will work or else contact me in person.

The body does not recover from bumps and bruises as easily as it did before, and it becomes difficult to stand for extended time intervals. Dear lybrate user avoid jerky, rapid, running, weight bearing exercises and abnormal sitting postures.
A light massage with little warm mahanarayan tail everyday morning for about 4-5 wks will help you. Wear knee caps for about 30mts every day to immobalise the joint. Go for light stretching exercises. Take ksheera bala taila 2 caps 2 tms a day after meals. Dashamularistam 10ml with equal qty of water 2 tms aftr meals.
