Take your regular medications on time and do regular blood sugar checks. Get your self checked by a doctor for your joint problems. Do regular exercise which will not only help you reduce weight but also reduce pain in the long run. (yoga including pranayam will bring harmony in mind and body) follow up with me if required.

A good way to diffuse general body pains:
1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added.
