U should take light home cooked fresh food
Drink boiled water.
Meanwhile follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

this is due to sluggishness of peristaltic & metabolic action.
*tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, dilute acid in stomach, regulate metabolism & soften faeces (stool) to b evacuated smoothly to avoid constipation.

Some dietary modifications might help you to deal with stomach problems.
Eat fresh food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday.
Avoid fibres in food till u recover from infection..have soft diet.
Take probiotics.
