To clear your doubts get an ultrasound kub done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports and Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

Bandy plus tab contains albendazole and ivermectin used for worm infestation. This is to he taken after a fatty meal and chewed without water, as the the drug is absorbed better in oily medium. Hope it helps you, all the best.
