drink warm water,take dinner early , take healthy food, cows ghee in regularly.do regular exercise,yoga,pranayam.
Avoid -overeating,drinking lot of water & sleeping immediate after taking food , oily,fast,spicy,bakery ,deep fried food,junk food,outside food ,water,chilled water,cold drinks etc.

U have not mentioned symptoms. As our intestine have lots of good bacteriaâs that help in digestion. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Walking and light yoga is no problem.
Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only.
No smoking, no alcohol if any.
Avoid outside spicy and fried food.
Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help
chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.
Raise your bed about 4" from headend side.
Get your gastroendoscopy done.
