Are there any other symptoms like pain during eating/inability to eat? It not, just add a little walk or light execises like yoga to her daily routine. Take small and frequent meals. Don't delay dinner till late night and don't lie down on the bed immediately after food. While lying on bed, keep head raised with one or two pillows. Take some otc antacids. Medicines can't be prescribed here in open chat. Kindly consult online by text/call if you need a prescription.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). To increase digestion power you can follow these methods :
• Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat .
• Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion .

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Carbo veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Nux vom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *drink lot of water.

Dear Sir Physical symptoms like vertigo, indigestion can be a part of anxiety disorder. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management. See if you do not eat or don't feel like eating, how wil your weight increase. Your anorexia can be because of indigestion. Your weakness is also because of lost appetite.
Since when are you experiencing these symptoms? U should start eating small meals frequently, that will slowly improve your appetite
