Hello yes, indigestion is related with skin problems. Start with tab rabekind 20 mg early morning empty stomach. Start having green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits more, have diet rich in fibres, cut down your stress levels, do yoga or meditation daily cut down oily n spicy food, drink 2-3 lits of water daily. Have water with jaggery after evry food. Use cutiwash soft face wash 2-3 times per day. Thanx.

Yes it can be because of gas. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Farting is a a consequence of your diet you eat.
Some useful tips online to my mind would be 1) Chew your food well and closed mouth without much talking.
2) Make a small bolus (Nivala) and do not hurry while eating food.
