you can treat by yourself. you need regular blend food. o meal to be skip breakfast heavy lunch a bit normal dinner totally light.
blend diet, means with least oil and lemon. add butter milk curd sald in diet, seasonal fruit. mango mey cause loose motion. water melon, cucumber in afternoon are best.
ant antacid in empty stomach till all u manage.
