You need to reduce salt intake, no alcohol, regular walking or yoga for 30-45 min everyday. And inspire these measures the BP continues to be high then increase medicine.

If you have no derectable health issue sweating may be a physiological and normal. Adequate repalcement of fluids by good oral intake additional salt is all that is necessary. Sometimes it is related to anxiety or stress. Try yoga, relaxing techniques etc.

If it is not causing you any discomfort then you can relax. Please do remember to go for yearly medical examination, and check also for heart health (ECG / 2D echo / treadmill test etc if possible ). Learn yoga/ pranayam and meditation which can relax you and keep you fit and energetic.
