It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.

Start some streching exercise of back and leg muscles. It will relax the muscle. Take hot water formentation. Back muscle are going to stiff only that causes pain. When position change you feel pain as sitting from chair or table to standing position. Because basic muscle involves to perform that activity. Its may be due to sedentary lifestyle or less physical workouts like cycling, running,walking, etc.

we need to rule out the cause of pain. Is there any associated fever, burning in urine, is pain radiating to your back. Also need to know is there increase in pain when you press that area or lift your leg.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
