Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to acidity & anxiety, do not worry at your age it is unlikely a heart problem - follow some precautions, do not skip meals, have meals on time have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, chew your food well, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
- avoid spicy, fried, junk food, reduce intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups a day, avoid aerated drinks
