Different acquired disease have different symptoms and needs to be evaluated after clinical examination and example- AIDS- If CD4 count is with in normal limits than the person is asymptomatic and if the level is low than there can be lymphadenopathy and secondary infections which have their own symptoms.

That symptom may not indicate any disease but it's good to notice it. All you have to do is revisit your overall habits, and try to curb the tendency to eat frequently. Adapt a healthy lifestyle which means eating most of the times only homemade food with a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables (as they have less calories and yet filled with lot of nutrients and fibres!) while restricting outside food.
