If she has blockages and with all these other illnesses, the first thing should be to get the blockages open either by stents or by surgery and continue with medications post that along with strict diabetes control. If you donot choose to get blockages addressed then she can continue on medical therapy but there is no reassurance that she will not have a heart attack.

Stop taking any further fat from any source. There is no good or bad fat. Fat is fat and will further increase blockage.
1.) Start taking 'Zero oil cooked food" . You can see videos on YouTube.
2.) Increase Physical Exercise , specially aerobics.
