Most probably it's a tension headache. You can take some pain killers for the acute episodes but it's just symptomatic treatment. Yoga, distressing exercises will definitely going to help you.

1. Keep yourself hydrated.
2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits.
6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hello, it's important to figure out what type of headache is causing your pain. If we know your headache type, we can treat it correctly. I think you are suffering from tension headache, the most common type, feel like a constant ache or pressure around the head, especially at the temples or back of the head and neck.

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below:

you can take:

1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)

2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day

3. Get check eyes for refractive error

4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis...more

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Take adequate rest
4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours
