There are various reasons for hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid problem, acute illness like malaria, typhoid are few of the reasons. It is important to understand the reason before starting any treatment. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. It is important to eat healthy food which is rich in all these. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent source of proteins. Drink 3 lit of water/day.
