*practice yoga, breathing exercise, meditation to relax and detoxification.
*do proper sleep of 6-7 hours.
* add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.
*apply and massage your scalp with mahabringaraj taila for 10-15 minutes/day, it increases blood circulation and enhance hair growth.

take medicine Wiesbaden 200 3 pills daily once for 10 days it will promote hair growth n reduce hair fall
using natural ways can take some time but they are safe and effects are long lasting.
Using harsh shampoo n chemicals will damage your hairs n scalp so avoid them.

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet
2. Destress yourself.
3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day.
4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing .
