Pimples are due to hormones and dandruff. You need to take prescription medicines along with a salicyclic based facewash and topical creams. Also an anti dandruff medicated shampoo will decrease dandruff and thereby the pimples. Have lots of fluids , fresh fruits and salads along with an exercise regime which involves yoga.
