Take a well balanced diet rich in vitamin A,E and C.Drink plenty of fluids.Exercise and meditate daily.Add fruits and vegetables to your daily diet.You may apply Kojivit cream in the morning and Rejuglow cream at night.Always apply a sunscreen when exposed to sun.

Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!!

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Hello
Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil.
Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour.
It will give you a perfect glowing skin.
