Namaste! based on the details you have entered, you are bit over weight, alongside you have also mentioned that you have tonsillitis & gerd.
Since you are little bit over weight, there might be chances of you having “sleep apnea” where your tongue/nasal cavity will stop the air entering inside your lungs.
In your case, the tonsils along with your nasal cavity might be blocking the air entering into your lungs.
