Drink lots of water. Eat and sleep at proper time. Have a good, balanced diet, no junk food. Do Yoga, meditation and exercise daily. Always stay calm, donot get angry. And pray to GOD that after doing all the above mentioned things you should not age because not ageing will go against nature and if you have to go against nature then only GOD can help you.
