It occurs due to Fatigue, stress, relationship issues, performance anxiety, alcohol consumption, Smoking, consumption of tobacco, obesity, Diabetes , Hypertension,Heart disease, Thyroid and Kidney problem, enlarged prostate, parkinsonism etc. Go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight, stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption.
