for making digestive system powerful.
Eat more and more green leafy vegetables which is easy to digest.
Drink more and more water 3 litres in a day.
Do not eat fast food, junk food, heavy food, rice, potato, oily, spicy, fermentaed etc food which is heavy to digest.
Manage the stress and anger.
Regular walking for half an hour 5 days in a week.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

1.Take natural protein food like fish (salmon), walnut, white meat, brown rice, vegetables like broccoli, tomato, beets. Fruits, green leafy vegetables
2.Avoid processed/spicy/fried/junk food
3.drink at least 2 liter of water daily
