Please Alone medicine won't work permanently Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation Do yoga and pranayam daily Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take Kumariasav 15 ml twice a day on empty stomach for 6 weeks Lohasav 10 ml twice a day for 6 weeks, after foods.

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods:
• Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat.
• Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion.

1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
