Signs of diabetes are excessive thirt, excessive hunger & polyurea, sudden weight gain, fatigue & weakness. To avoid diabetes daily walking for 45 minutes & night. Do yoga. Eat small meals 4to5 times a day. Calculate your bmi & don't allow your weight to increase that level.

Diabetic patients should avoid sugar, jagary,honey, sweets,sweet fruits like banana, mangoe,grapes, cheeku,dates etc. Do regular exercise, walk,yoga. Take your medicine (if you taking) as per advice of your physician. Regularly check your blood sugar.
