Most importantly seek a help of a psychologist to deal with your depression and depressive thoughts, get yourself screened for depression, if advised seek psychiatric treatment- i. E medication.
You have to recognize your symptoms whether they are really indicative of depression.
Start a journal. Starting a journal can help you reflect on your depression and feelings and monitor your sensations throughout the day. Make a goal of writing in your journal at least once ...more
