Practice yoga and meditation. Although you could technically consider yoga your daily exercise, practicing the deep stretches and slow body movements will help you to clear your mind. Meditating - clearing your mind - while practicing gentle yoga will give double the relaxation effect to ease your stress.
Use guided imagery to imagine a place that makes you feel at peace. Imagine somewhere that you feel happy; focus on the details to fully remove your mind from the present.

Spontaneous ejaculation is very much normal. When you don’t masturbate (sometimes even when you do), your seminal fluid gets filled fully till the brim in the sac, with light pressure or no pressure, it leaks out, while passing. It is quite normal. Don’t worry, your condition is perfectly normal. Nothing to worry about night fall, some get daily, some never. There are ways to prevent them, you can consult any psychiatrist online or in person for behavioural techniques for the same.

Dear lybrate-user, 1. Start counting backward from 100 to 0. When you start counting visualise or image with closed eyes a blackboard which has 100 written on it. Imagine that board is closer to you. As you count backward form 100 to 99, the black board goes farther or far away from you and becomes smaller and the number on board turns to 99. Keep counting till the blackboard vanishes by becoming far and smaller. 2. Insomnia is result of some unconscious stress you are going through. You will re...more
