take fiber diet. use green vegetable . take proper amount of water. take regular exercise. take softovac 3 tsf with one glass of water , before going to bed. inform if not ok.

You may be suffering from IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Causes are. Eating Spicy food, Heavy food, lack of fiber etc.
