do yoga and pranayam regularly
go for walks regularly
avoid oily spicy, non veg, fast food
take fibre rich diet
take following medication
cap triphala
1 three times a day for 3 weeks
castor oil
10 ml in 50 ml lukewarm milk or water at night for few weeks.
