take fiber diet. use green vegetable . take proper amount of water. take regular exercise. take softovac 3 tsf with one glass of water , before going to bed. inform if not ok.

You may be suffering from IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Causes are. Eating Spicy food, Heavy food, lack of fiber etc.
Any exercise /Yoga can help to alleviate the issue, but if you Do not resolve the root cause, then yoga may not be able to help.

Please check with your Dr. is it due to medication. Take plenty of fibers fruits vegetables drink sufficient water. Yoga naturopathy and homeopathy will help you. You can also try nityam tablets one at night.
