Hi if you are having breathing problem and chest pain then ecg should be done, if ecg is normal medicines for lower respiratiry tract infections and gastritis would be given.

Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age chest pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit
- chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
- avoid fried, spicy & junk food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day
- have 7-8 glasses of water for sufficient hydration
