Weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises.

Avoid long sitting and toward bending do heat fermentation and stretching exercise of neck if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days.
For gastric problem do physical activity drink water avoid spicy food.

you go for physiotherapy treatment take ift machine in physiotherapy,
and do isometric exercises of cervical,
avoid bending activities of cervical,
avoid keeping high pillows under head,
