Since you are quite young, you can get an ultrasound breast done after clinical confirmation by a doctor, preferably oncologist. If ultrasound shows some suspicious lump you can get an FNAC done for the confirmation of finding and diagnosis. Don't worry in most cases if is likely to be a benign disease.
